Jessica "Niki" Dunn

As Niki travels down the path of becoming an outstanding educator, her daily goal is to be just like those influential teachers that both encouraged and challenged her to be and do more than she thought possible.

Niki began her teaching career in 2007, teaching primarily math and science to 3rd,4th, and 5th grade students in Lamar and Upson Counties. Each year she opens her door to students of all varieties and promises to teach and love them to the absolute best of her abilities.

Providing a comfortable environment where students have the confidence to make mistakes and persevere through challenges is a priority in her classroom. She believes that helping students understand numbers and reasoning about their relationships is a key foundational building block to all mathematics and unfortunately often a weakness for struggling students.

Math is her passion and she LOVES that she gets to pass that passion onto her students each and every day.
